LEAD TIMES & TRANSIT
In-stock items that can ship ground ship within 1-2 business days.*
For same day service: Orders with in-stock items that can ship ground must be placed no later than 10:00am Pacific Time.*
Made-to-order items: Our made-to-order items generally require a certain amount of time for production. Please refer to the product overview tab for standard lead times. Or, contact us for a more detailed timeline.
We ship from multiple locations throughout the United States, so transit times may vary from 1-7 business days based upon location. If you require expedited shipping services, please contact us if such services are available for your product(s). If you would like to organize your own shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, carrier of choice and associated account number. Once all information has been entered in by our warehouse, we will deduct the estimated shipping rate from your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your order for a refund, please contact us for authorization. If you return merchandise without prior authorization a refund will not be applied. Since our products ship direct from our manufacturers, their factory return policy applies. Please contact us for those conditions.
Most merchandise are returnable within 30 days of the invoice date. Once you receive authorization, all merchandise must be returned with an RA number (given to you by us), in the original carton and packaging, and must be in new condition as determined by Display Warehouse and their respective manufacturers. Applicable restocking fees may apply, so please inquire!
Refunds are subject to the cost of merchandise only, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges (outgoing and incoming) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for arranging their return shipments with their preferred carrier.
Items returned used or damaged will not be refunded. Special orders, custom orders and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
